Boots Opticians Pontefract

Suniel was such a gentlemen, extremely polite and professional. He could not have improved his manner. That is not a comment I make often in fact it is the only time I have ever said it. It is rare to find someone with such good manners.

On time, friendly helpful staff, speedy appointment, good explanations of what was being done and why, optician Suneal Bhogal was excellent.

I have previously used both Specsavers (Pontefract) and ASDA opticians (Wakefield) and I have been mightily impressed by the care I have received from Boots in Pontefract. The standard of care there surpasses the competition.

All the staff in the Pontefract branch are extremely helpful and friendly. With the help of the staff I managed to pick some great glasses, plus, I might go down the road of getting some more contact lenses.

I had fallen a week earlier while away on holiday and sustained a black eye. In contrast to contact with my G P surgery I was greeted with sympathy and concern by Denise On reception who then did initial tests and by Suneal the optician who was very patient and thorough both doing the tests and giving explanations and reassurance.

The optometrist and all the staff were excellent. I was dealt with in a very professional manner and the results of all the tests were explained to me in detail. I was even shown computer images of my eyes which i found fascinating. There was a large range of spectacles available and i chose a pair which i will purchase in the next few weeks. All in all a great experience and i would certainly recommend boots to other people.
