It all seemed great until my frames which had cost £70.00 broke after only 4 months. They insisted it was accidental damage and as I had not taken any out any cover I had to pay £45.00 for new frames. I explained I had not had an accident with them, only worn them, sometimes on a cord around my neck, which at no point had I been advised not to do. I have had cheaper frames from Specsavers in the past which lasted years worn under the same circumstances. I will be returning to Specsavers when my next eye test is due.

Georgia is always welcoming and friendly. She is very helpful. John Stewart is a great optician.

I was given good, clear advice after thorough questioning of my requirements. All staff I dealt with were very personable, professional & I received very good attention.

Excellent optician and staff member Marta. Minor point about the female manager who came to check on Martha’s entries on the computer. At no point did she introduce herself or even acknowledge my presence.

Friendly, professional staff who were very efficient and knowledgeable. I understood everything I was told and was very happy with my treatment during my appointment.

My eye test was very good; I felt confident the staff knew there jobs well, however your service was let down upon collecting my glasses. I didn't feel the same interest by the staff. I was a little disappointed as no after care instruction was given, despite the member of staff bring out with my glasses a pack of wipes and cleaning kit etc. but none of these were offered to me - a little strange, letting the whole experience down.

All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Did not feel rushed choosing my glasses and the optometrist talked me through my results.
