They seen me straight away and it was informative. Most frames suited me and there was a large selection. Best of all it took less than a week for them to be ready.

The store needs to be more staffed on a Sunday. Stood for 10 minutes at the till waiting to make an appointment with only 1 staff member seen to be working with other customers. Other than that extremely happy with the service

I was seen on time (actually five minutes early), the staff were helpful and efficient and everything was explained clearly. Thanks to the staff suggesting I needed cataract replacements my sight is now so much better and I only need glasses for close reading. Thankyou.

The appointment was very easy to arrange. I was offered a contact lens trial after my eye check which was really convenient as it saved me a second trip. All the staff were friendly and helpful and there was minimal waiting time despite them being busy.

Great care from friendly efficient and knowledgeable staff

I received a phone call from the branch that it was time for my eye test, I made the appointment and duly turned up on time and was told it wasn't time for my eye test it wasn't due till November. So I think someone got their wires crossed. I am not in any way complaining please don't think I am in fact it was rather amusing.

Fantastic, enthusiastic and knowledgable optometrist. He showed a genuine interest in my ongoing Kerataconus problem and we discussed the ongoing monitoring I have at the eye hospital. Very reassuring - I would definitely recommend him to others.

There was hardly any waiting I was straight into the opticians room and thorough checking done however the initial problem could've been solved if they had checked my contacts solution. Was then told they'd give me drops to use before my next appointment which they then made me pay £10 for.
