12/10/2021 Appointment time (which was made on line) 15.15 Arrived early but was politely and efficiently dealt with immediately, from reception through to consultant everyone was very polite (cheerfully) and pleasantly mannered whilst being proffessional.Service whilst choosing frames and type of lenses was an equally pleasant experience. Excellent service .

The staff are extremely helpful and advised me on the best glasses for my needs. And the staff are very attractive.

The Optician that carried out my eye test was extremely pleasant and very efficient. She explained the tests that she was carrying out and recommended a change of prescription. Her assistant, Amie, was so supportive and helpful when I chose my new frames. She even went to the trouble of phoning my previous Opticians, (we have recently moved to this area), to clarify my last prescription as I had chosen exactly the same frame!

I was really impressed with how my optician conducted the eye test. She was excellent and highly professional. Then Deborah and Amie were a pleasure to talk to regarding the options of spectacle frames and lenses. They were patient and attentive and gave excellent advice without trying to push for the most expensive options. Additionally, they did a quick fix on my present spectacle frame despite not being asked to do so. I will definitely use this store again!

Amie served me yesterday and she was a pleasure to spend 10 minutes with, she was good fun and humourous.

A very friendly environment that put my mind to ease and extremely helpful amie sorted everything out with good honest advice and i got the best glasses for me. I was so happy with them I've ordered another pair

The eye tests were fully explained and very thorough. I was made aware of any available options without being pressured in a particular direction. Everyone was very helpful throughout.

The staff could not be more helpful and explained everything to help me make the best choices. Your optometrist was very thorough and again all explanations were clear and concise.

My eye test was very comprehensive with each element of the test fully explained. Further to the test both Amie and Debarah were extremely helpful in assisting me in the selection of new frames and clearly explaining the various options regarding replacement lenses.
