A very good experience with polite staff especially the pre-screener and dispenser Andrew and Risha the optometrist. Thanks to their advice I am now enjoying wearing my new glasses.I shall return with confidence when l need new glasses or any other eye problems. Thank you Boots.

I received clear advice and attention was paid to my worries and I now feel reassured and much less anxious about the changes to my eyesight now I am becoming older

The optometrist Risha Patel explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions thoroughly thereby putting my mind at ease. I had a few concerns and she imessiately arranged for a few tests and the results came through immediately. She updated and explained the results to me. I live in Twickenham but travel all the way to Hemel hempstead as the staff are so friendly and helpful. Also Risha Patel is very good at her job and listens to customers needs.

Difficult to make appointment more than 4 weeks in advance, told can only book a month in advance.

I found the eye test excellent and very helpful and walked away very pleased

Annual check up and find the whole visit very good. The Optometrist discussed everything and explained health or eyes, prescription change etc.

Sophia was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Andrew helped me choose my glasses and was also lovely.

Caroline has been absolutely brilliant in trying to find some contact lenses that suited me. Unfortunately I had an incident whilst trying a brand of content lenses which caused a problem with my eye as I split the contact lenses whilst inserting it last weekend. Caroline fully investigated my eye and recommended an anti-biotic eye drop which she personally spoke to the pharmacist about whilst I was there and she could not have been more helpful. I would not consider going to any other optician for contact lens assistance. Caroline is an asset to Boots Opticians in Hemel Hempstead.
