Gwen, Tracey and Juliana were all great. I was thoroughly and competently examined, then given choices and good advice. Only finding an appointment online was just a tad tricky.

I was particularly impressed that, despite giving me a prescription for glasses, the optometrist did not press me to have prescription glasses. He said I would be fine using reading glasses as long as I am comfortable with them.

In previous visits I haven't been told that they are running late until after my appointment time. It was not an issue during my last visit though. For my last two visits I have had optometrists I am unfamiliar with. I'm not sure if they are locums or if my usual optometrist has left & I am placed with whoever is available. I don't mind but it would be nice to know.

Very friendly and thorough. Previously had several options discussed. Not pushy at all. Gave me confidence they knew what they were talking about. There seemed to be some people that were left waiting but weren't sure what or who they were actually waiting for. That wasn't the case for me.

Tracey carried out the pre-checks and was friendly and efficient. Nim was extrememly helpful and answered all of my questions fully. Grace was very patient and helpful, assisting me to choose three pairs of glasses and talking me through the various options for each pair. I felt that I was in capable hands throughout my visit.
