All staff were attentive and professional. Mike Tudor, the Optometrist, has been particularly kind and helpful. It has been pleasure having my eye tests at this Branch and hope the excellent service continues in the new premises.

Very thorough eye examination after 2nd cataract operation and excellent customer care from the optical assistant (Emma) and other staff. I have always had a first class service from this branch of Boots (ex D&A)

Staff were brilliant and friendly as usual and were very informative and supportive. Only thing to be improved is web appointment booking. The store I wanted didn't come up on the date I selected so I ended up phoning to make an appointment. Was advised the store didn't show up because they mustn't have had an appointment available on the date I selected. The system should have told me that to avoid making a call...better for you as a business as Web activity is cheaper, and better for me as I would have been able to complete my transaction in one go.

He was really nice and polite - Mr Tudor - I felt really comfortable
