Boots Opticians Nottingham - Victoria Centre (in Boots)

I attended my scheduled eye test at Boots Victoria Centre on Thursday 15th January. I was introduced to Suraya who took me through the preliminary screening before having my eyes tested. I was really impressed with her, at how friendly and professional she was. She explained clearly to me the screening process and encouraged me to ask questions if I was unsure of what she was telling me. She clearly understood her role, I was surprised when I asked her how long she had been doing the job she said, I think, about 2 months and that she was still in training. Having already chosen what replacement classes I wanted she joined her colleague Kamal in supporting her with the task of ensuring the fitting of my new frames, both were extremely supportive, a very pleasant experience coupled with the Optometrist Samayyah I was very impressed with all 3 of them.

I was examined by a Miss Vandana Desai , a very friendly and professional young lady that put me at ease from the first moment. The whole experience was totally reassuring and all the staff I had contact with were all the same, friendly,helpful and professional.

I purchased glasses from boots opticians and received great care from Imogen and Amanda, they were very knowledgeable and seemed like nothing was to much!

I would like to thank all the staff for their patience with me over the last 2 wks you was all very good and your customer care is something you should be proud of you deallt with my miner problem superb even tho the problem was my fault and not yours. So I can only ever see me coming to you for many years to come thank you all opticians name was m masud

I didn't make an appointment but, upon arriving at Boots at around 2:15pm today (16th December) I was greeted by very friendly staff members including a gentleman who informed me of a cancellation, meaning I was able to be seen without a booking. Not only that, I was seen to very quickly by 'Matthew Derbyshire' (loved his Playstation Christmas Jumper)-- He was both professional and had a very friendly demeanour :) When I saw the optometrist, 'Nehal', she made me feel both at ease and calm (as I was a wee bit nervous about any potential problems I may have had with my eyes) -- She was very sweet and easy to talk to! Finally, 'Rachel Keys' on the welcome desk was able to honour my £10 voucher for my eye test with no problems and was very helpful when I asked about how to give feedback for the people that had helped me by giving me the information to do so with a smile on her face the whole time. I wouldn't normally give feedback for an eye test but everyone was just so lovely that it would've been rude not to ^^ I hope all the team at Boots have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! P.S. Hope I got all your names right too :3

I received good customer service

The lady who saw my daughter was absolutely lovely and made my daughter feel totally at ease. My 9 year old is quite shy but she chatted away to her. Wish i could remember her name. Our appointment was Sat 14th October at Vic centre store.
