My visit was carried out in a very professional manner. The staff were all very friendly and efficient I was helped in selecting new glasses with an honest opinion of which frames suited me.

The optician and staff were very friendly and efficient and making a appointments for myself and partner when visiting the store was easily done. However I had tried to make appointments using the online booking service this was not very helpful at all. What I wanted to do was find 2 available appointments at around the same time in a particular store, when I tried to use the site the way it seemed to work is choose a date, time and general location and then it would show which stores had availability. It would be much simpler if you could choose your preferred store and see what appointments are available as my key preference is to select a location and then fine a date rather than select a date and then the location. Maybe my preference does not tally with most users but the option to either choose a date first or location first would be relatively simple and serve both options.
