Boots Opticians Luton - Arndale Centre (in Boots)

Attended for a routine sight test, optometrist Seema was very helpful. All equipment was wiped down and felt safe when she was doing my eye test.i was slightly reluctant to go for an eye test due to COVID but glad I went. All staff were very helpful as well.

They lost me on their system even though my husband who went in on the same day was on there and when I took my glasses back they wouldn't do anything until I found my receipt (their fault for losing me, not mine!) When I did take them back they were not examined and I was told it was my eyes at fault because I had a fast growing cataract which turned out to be untrue because when move the position of my glasses I can see perfectly, and caused a lot of distress because I can't have the operation at the moment because of a recent hospitalization. I find this very unprofessional the glasses should have been examined before making assumptions, and this case is still ongoing.

I felt like I was in good hands and that the optometrist really cared about my eyes. Gave me so many options when it came to my contact lenses. Also made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
