Boots Opticians Dunstable

Received a couple of text reminders. Received a call this morning from a very unprofessional sounding lady from a withheld number to remind me. Got caught up in Dunstable traffic which was the worst I’ve seen since roadworks finished. I arrived just over five minutes late for my appointment to be told i was six minutes late and would not be seen. Apologised that I was late due to traffic, told sorry she won’t see you. The first time I’ve been in there and nobody waiting, previous appointments I’ve been made to wait. They have just lost the custom of three people that would have spent upwards of £1,000 this month.

The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.The service was exemplary. The eye test itself was very thorough and the Optometrist so professional that I was left in no doubt that I had been given best possible prescription and advice. I would recommend Boots Optician's at the Quadrant in Dunstable to anyone and everyone.

The optometrist told me her name but I forgot. I broke my glasses and she was helpful in getting them replaced. I have always had my eyes looked after at boots and have already recommended boots to some of my friends. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The optician was great and all the staff was very helpful in the Dunstable store. Nothing was to much trouble.

Everyone I dealt with went to great trouble to ensure that I got the right contact lenses and glasses for me. I can't thank them enough. I had no issues at all.

Friendly and professional the staff were very good. I did purchase the more expensive Zeus driving lenses and my only complaint would be that the staff were a bit pushy with these however the young lady who helped me chose glasses was very patient and I loved her suggestion of a half price pair of designer frames!
