Deeps and Kapil have given excellent service for me over the years. In each case going over and above my expectations. Yesterday was a perfect example as in their own time they both managed to remove ingrowing eyelashes without an appointment. Thankyou Deepa and Kapil !! Joy

Good staff. Acknowledge customers. Good general service. Always a wait of up to 10 minutes from the arranged appointment time which is the only disappointing fact about visits.

The care and professionalism of Fatima and shuran(I think) was faultless. I arrived without an appt because of an emergency and they dealt with me promptly and efficiently. Fatima was thorough and precise in determining what was wrong with me eye. She and the receptionist I first spoke to are a great asset to your company and deserve all the praise I give to both of them for their care.

It was efficient and not rushed. Teresa gave me very welcoming and useful advice regarding frames!

The optometrist looked up the contact lens options using her iphone which I found unusual. It would have been better to look at the options on a screen together. An iPad for example?

I was not kept waiting for appt time. Courteous staff and assisted to purchase new spectacles. Excellent customer service. Very useful to be able to book eye test on a Sunday.

Team are well informed, friendly and efficient. They coped well with the card payment software issue.

The eye test was quick and everything was fully explained to me. After being prescribed glasses, the optician and all members of staff helped me to find the best solution for me and were always very friendly.
