The staff are extremely helpful & knowledgeable about me & my needs. My situation was complicated, but with their help I was able to receive all my previous receipts & order new glasses. I was more than happy with the service I received. Kate went above and beyond in helping me choose the right glasses for me.

I have to firstly say a very big thank you to all the team that was working there on the day I went. I had a sore red eye a number of days before I went to them . My eye had become very sensitive to light . And I was concerned that something was wrong. However I didn’t want to waste N H S time with something that might of just been a sore eye. I walk in and asked for help and explained my situation. The lady took my details . And said they would get me in asap. The optician check both my eyes . And then told me that I needed to go hospital. He wrote a letter for me to take to hospital. And explained where I had got to go when I got there. All members of the staff was very friendly and helpful. And I cannot thank them enough. I had never been there before. But all the same they helped me . I will need to go to an opticians moving forward after my treatment is complete. And I will be returning back to them . Thank you !

I wish going to my dentist was as pleasant as going to my local Boots opticians. The optometrist and rest of the staff are excellent. I just hope they don’t leave or retire !.

I have used their services in Coalville for the last six years and have been completely satisfied with the service I have received.. Staff always helpful in choosing which designs suit, always recommend if anyone asks. Very thorough and professional when conducting eye tests.

Went in to get my partners glasses repaired, Screw on left hand lens had gone !. Alanyah repaired with a new screw and then changed the nose mounts as well. Well pleased, excellent job well done. Alanyah was chatty, happy and easy to talk to. 5 STAR REVIEW.
