Lovely experience for my little boy ,Ben and the optometrist were friendly and Ben was very funny which was great for my 7 year old .great professional experience .

On all my visits the customer care has been brilliant and made to feel at ease. Their knowledge is fantastic and they also explain everything in detail. This is far before any other opticians I hav been to, wished I had gone sooner to Boots.

The staff at boots opticians Beaumont leys are always friendly and very professional. Himesh is very thorough and makes the eye test easy to follow. He listens to your concerns and gives honest advice. Sue is very easy to talk to and very helpful. They all seem to enjoy what they do.

The after eye test was Labourious, I felt I was being sold to not helped to choose and a decision was made to add the all singing and dancing options without a strong reason why. The system issues saw me spending 80 minutes on the whole process, which was to long

The lady that did my eye check was lovely, the front of house lady was miserable and short with me.
