Visited boots Opticion today as my glasses broke. Clair quickly came to assist me nothing was to much trouble she was incredibly knowledgeable on assisting me choose frames. She was very friendly polite and between us I chose the frame that Clair had recommended.. Please say thank you to her on my behalf

Hi, I dont have any issue with any body bt the problem is we cant book appointment on fon. My son’s checkup was due bt i didnt get any letter or any reminder,i tried to book myself bt after a week of fon calls i didnt get anything.they never answer the fon at any time ,not in the busu hours not in the late eve or weekends. I get myself to the store and book appt bt not on fon. Its happening for last 3 monta they r not andwering the fon calls not even a single time. Plz comsider mt review serioulsy. Thnx

The appointment was brilliant, the staff where great. Booking the appointment online was a little difficult finding a good appointment time, it might be easier if online u could check the availability of a store you want to visit, say over a week.

I was dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner by all the staff that I met. It was a nice experience.

Everyone was very courteous. They always are. All the testing was conducted impeccably and with patience and great skill. A small delay was explained but I was happy to wait. A joy to attend!

Appointment was promptly on time and staff were friendly. Advice from the Optometrist was brilliant.

Nothing, I've been going to boots for a few years now and normally see the same lady, we have a bit of a laugh and joke about things and she tells me off for wearing my lenses too much but I still feel comfortable telling her how often I wear them, I think the only thing is I would like to see the photo of my eye on the pre-appointment test but I was told it looked healthy, I'm just nosey
