Excellent service! All staff I encountered were friendly and approachable, but I particularly want to commend Jane throughout, and Andrew during my last two appointments. Nothing was too much trouble, and I am very pleased with the final result. Thank you.

Very helpful answering my specific questions regarding my eyesight. Good manner towards me even though I am 65.

Knowledgable, helpful staff. Hampered slightly today by the new IT system. Hopefully minor teething issues.

My optometrist was personable with a good sense of humour. Nothing more to add, as I was satisifed with my service.

I received a telephone call about half an hour before my appointment telling me that we could be seen early, as we were in town we headed straight there, we then waited an hour past our appointment time to be seen, shocking service, nobody seemed to know what they were doing! We used to bring our son here all the time, we won't be coming back

The staff are very friendly and explain everything they do, which is very thorough indeed. Great care is taken at every stage to ensure that any problems can be detected. If corrective measures are necessary to improve vision, every step is taken to ensure the best prescription and the most accurate fitting of lenses. Patience and care extend to the choice of frames, with helpful and friendly advice.

All the staff and opticians at Boots in Lincoln are fantastic, helpful and friendly. Tom is a fantastic optician and really thorough and goes the extra mile to offer the best recommendations and options. Highly recommended!
