Optemetrist Trudi and Jane gave exceptional customer service as usual. This visit was for a personal çheck of my current sight as I had noticed a slight change in my vision post 2024 cataract surgery. I thought it best to get checked as I had planned to purchase some verifocals. On examination it transpired that I would have to have Yag laser so Trudi referred me with no hesitation advising to wait to purchase glasses until Yag laser had occurred. How lovely to think of cost that would incur to me⁰⁰o should I buy glasses prematurely! Most other would grab a sale! I will now await my referral, before purchasing glasses. Thank you. My optometrist was was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He did find a problem and referred me for further investigation. I did need new specs and Nicole, my assistant, couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and reassuring. Other staff members were equally friendly and helpful. I think the contact lense test was too expensive - bearing in mind the previous test wasn't that long ago. I would have preferred them to have the lenses in stock rather than wait 2-3 days as I've got to make another special trip to collect them. Staff were very good - efficient and aimiable
