They do not answer the phone !!! so I cannot say how good the staff is, etc.

The optometrist's name was printed on previous prescriptions. I may have been told it at the time but do not recall it now. Please would you look at providing a copy of the results of all tests performed if possible.

my eyes were tested by Tarun Mistry who was absolutely superb in the way he treated me and especially explaining my eyesight issues. I could not have wished for better treatment. I was then transferred to a lovely lady called Roopam who helped me choose my frames etc and she was equally superb in the way I was dealt with - so very professional and with kindness, care and concern

This was the worst experience I have ever had and am reluctant to return to Boots opticians Watford..had both tests done for glasses and contacts. Was told to book another appointment to trial some contact lens and was asked to pay for the contact lens test even tho the test was incomplete. I paid in full even tho I thought it strange and returned 2 weeks later for the trial. Pass around to a different person on my return and the contact lens I was given were monthly even tho I stated I wore daily. Made yet another appointment 3rd visit and none of my information was passed on. Guy said maybe it slipped out of its folder (Breach). He guy couldn't understand why I was issued trial monthly and not daily one! No information on his screen. nothing.... this is really bad I thought. To cut a long story short, I decided to revert back to my provious prescription (from another Opticians) and the gut was happy with that. I had to asked for the new prescription and was given a copy marked "Copy" even tho I never had one! Then, he asked for payment! Hang on here I said, I have already paid, his reply was well its not in the system computer. I said I was refusing to pay again. Luckily I have the bank app on my phone and was able to show him the amount I paid and when. Don't think I'll be returning somehow. I would advised everybody to keep your receipt. I really didn't like what I see and I work in the medical sector.

I was seen by a lady called Marion, who was very professional and so helpful and friendly, she went to great lengths to help me with my frame and since I didn't have a lot of money to spend she spent a lot of time explaining what sort of frame I should go for and I was please that she served me as she was a lovely lady who took so much trouble and was not in a hurry and was also very patient. It was a pleasure to meet her, I am just waiting for Boots to call me and let me know my glasses are ready. Thank you. Shirani Perera

Miss Shah explained the test results and rechecked the results by re doing the pre tests. She recommended that I come back in a years time to check if my vision in my right eye has deteriorated. Very professional and thorough.
