Really rude front desk staff. Bad experience with lady when come to collect glasses. Do not knew how to talk to customer.

Mr Patel is always very patient and thorough with my eye tests. I have worn glasses since the age of four and I have always found the eye tests very traumatic. Mainly because the optician had no patience! However in almost 50 years, Mr Patel and his team have restored my faith in having my eye tests. David was great in helping me select frames for both sets that I required. Thank you Boots Opticians Chesham, you guys are great!

I went to Boots Chesham three weeks after I had a very bad experience at a Specsavers Uxbridge and decided to get my eyes retested and saw the difference with quality care immediately this was even before I had met the optometrist. The staff were very polite and checked me in very swiftly. A few mins before my appointment time the optometrist came and and collected me and went through medical history etc and then went on to explain what would be carried out at each stage of the examination everything was explained to me thoroughly without any rush etc. When the examination and test were completed the optometrist advised me of what kind of glasses would best suit my eye condition and the fact that he would not recommend contact lenses for me and the reasons why. He also went above and beyond in highlighting to me what keratoconus was and how this effects my eyes. He had also been prepared and had my previous eye test results from 4 years ago at this store to check how much my eyes had changed in that time. (I only stopped going here due to distance but due to previous bad experience I decided it was worth the trave and was absolutely glad I made this decision) I was extremely happy with the service provided and when I went out to choose glasses the staff member helping me explained what would work out most value for money rather than making the most money out of me. I would recommend boots Chesham hands down. Great management, staff & optometrists who know want they are talking about.

Unfortunately I don’t recall the name of my optician, but she was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time trying boots and the experience was great. The optician explained my whole prescription to me, which no other optician had done for me before. I would 100% recommend Boots Opticians in Chesham. Even better that you can book quickly online.

Staff at Boots are always very helpful and friendly. Both optometrists are very thorough. I also had a hearing test which was very professionally conducted.
