The staff were so helpful couldn't do enough for you from the moment you walk in the staff smiling and helpful

The whole experience was very good. Nothing could be improved as it was perfect!

Staff were really unorganised. One member of staff even walked out! My eye test was interrupted 3 times by members of staff coming in and out. Really poor service and a lot of waiting around.

Very friendly and informative optometrist. Very good experience- would definitely recommend. Not clear upon booking which Watford branch the appointment was at (I went to the wrong one). Staff very polite and accommodating though at both branches.

I was disappointed to find out from my son that he paid far less than me for two pairs of designer glasses that he bought from Spec Savers.

I was impressed with the calmness and professionalism of both the trainee and the Optometrist who I saw. The Optometrist listened to what I had to say and explained in a clear and professional manner what she found from my tests. Sle also answered my questions thoroughly. I would feel comfortable and confident to return to the same Optometrist.

Very thorough exam and detailed recommendations made. Hopefully will get on well with new prescription as it is a big change
