All staff members were friendly and professional and helped make the process smooth and easy.

Staff were friendly when actually dealing with me, however they did look rather lost and miserable when not dealing customers.

When I booked my appointment the lady told me to bring my trial lenses with me. I did, arrived and waited for 15 minutes until someone told me I needed to have my lenses in and settled for 10 mins. Fine, I put them in and waited until the same person told me I actually needed them in for 30 minutes and could I go and get a coffee and come back! I work and purposefully booked an appointment during my 1hr lunch break. I am not a lady of leisure who can hang around getting coffee, I am very busy with a tight schedule. If it wasn’t for the fact that I need the lenses for my wedding in 5 weeks I would left & not come back. Let’s hope things are more organised & sufficiently explained to me on my next appointment which I have now had to make time for.

Friendly, helpful and professional.

I was able to see the optician I and my granddaughter have seen for some 5 years. The machinery is always being updated so you feel confident your are receiving a thorough health check by machine and human! The staff were professional as always and in a pleasant spacious environment. There is not any time even for a coffee. ...not that they have the facility alas. No, their business is EYE HEALTH.
