I always find the staff in the Kingsthorpe Boots opticians friendly and helpful. They provide advice, without any feeling of a 'hard sell'. The optometrist is friendly, and talks to you as a person rather than a 'patient'. Which isn't always the case in medical professions!

Total mess luck of comunication. Yesterday brought 4 boxes of old contact lenses as advised during the previous appointment...was told to take them back home as use as spare one....well i am on boots plan with daily contact lenses....what are the chances of me to use the equivalent of 2 months supplly as spare!! Basickly was advised to put £50into the bin. I told the Lady it is pointless and asked to take them in exchange. I have not got a faith that my request will be dealt with based on my current experience with Boots Optitions.... I have been a customer for last 12-13years...only this year came accross unprofesionalism and waste of my valuable time becuse of someones elses failure in updating your sustem. Not happy with service and very close from termination of my contract. Dorota Kubiak-Bas

I was totally happy, booking on - line was straightforward and the staff were friendly and efficient.

No need to talk about contact lenses-I don't want them! My optician was very helpful and very clear. I didn't need new glasses-I'm sure in another organisation these might have been pushed as there was a very slight deterioration in my sight. However, it wasn't pushed and I respect the integrity of this-it means I will be back to you within two years when I almost certainly will need to spend quite a bit of money! Great service.

My eye test was really good, really friendly, and really thorough. Especially after I told the lady of a stroke I had in recent months. I felt the service I got was so good that I have already told others! She put me at ease. She showed and explained everything very clearly. And as I said... was very friendly and thorough. Great service. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Awful two ladies on reception who did they think they were ? Especially when I said I got free glasses left me to choose no help at all will not go there again

Lily McClement is an excellent optometrist. She is very thorough and explains everything she is doing and why. She also gives you options if necessary. I have complete trust in her.
