Boots Opticians Daventry

My wife and I attended Boots Opticians Daventry for the first time and found the service very good and we had thorough examinations when they diagnosed my wife with cataracts and sorted out her treatment immediately.After having my eyes tested and I came out to order my new spectacles it was very very busy so I came back in one hour to see someone . Straightaway Harley came out from her break/lunch to see me and we went through what was best for me .

My optometrist Lee was very pleasant and patient and my customer care assistant Kerry was so lovely but after being told my glasses would be ready in 7 -10 days I still have not heard if they are, was told I would be texted but this has not happened.

The service was excellentand the appointment was easy to arrange. There were plenty of options available.

Quick and efficient eye test

I found the Optometrist rather unfriendly and uninterested. The resto of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the range of glasses was excellent.

Brilliant service all round

Getting the prescription correct. Been wearing glass for 10 months with too strong a lence!!! Experience many headaches an dizziness as a result...and to top it off had the pleasure of having to pay another £250 for new lenses..will be making a complaint
