Boots Opticians Northampton - Abington Street

Lee in Northampton town centre has been my optician for a number of years. I feel in very good hands for my annual eye tests and would find it hard to. Elieve every optician is as caring and thourgh as he is. A credit to Boots and to his profession.

All staff were wonderfully helpful. Lee, my optometrist was, as always, brilliant. The girl helping me choose my new frames was great too

As a family we always receive great service from the branch we use. Support staff are all lovely and really helpful. Fortunately we get to see the same optometrist most of the time and Lee is always friendly and professional. He's also really encouraging when he assesses my children telling them they are doing really well during the test and explaining things to them.

The Optician was lovely (Lee Thai), I hate eye tests, but was made to feel very at ease, The lady that helped me pick the glasses was great explained all the different options and helped me choice the right glasses (I didn't catch her name, but had long dark hair and is getting married the end of May) its a shame the branch is closing in a week

Very disappointed to hear that this centre is going to be closed. Excellent service and very competent staff. Just Hope Lee will still be available next time I need an appointment.

The optometrist took time to explain everything very clearly. Very impressed and will use them again next time

This is my first experience with Boots and I found their care very good, assistants kept me informed of progress and the optometrist did my tests exactly on time. There is a good atmosphere in the shop and you get the feeling that you dont need to worry as each step is explained clearly and with forewarning. Although I attended on a busy Saturday, my appt was not rushed at all. The one thing I found better than other companies is that I felt as though the optometrist included me in the process which helped me get the best results, it was a two way process.All round a very good experience. Special thanks to Molly and Lee. One very minor change I would like would be a little time on my own to look at new frames; I really did need the assistants help but just five minutes to look at whats on offer first would be fantastic thanks.
