Boots Opticians New Milton

i have been to this opticians twice since moving to the area. the first visit was the usual eye test etc and was dealt with very friendly staff and the whole experience was very thorough more than i have recd before. the second visit was today when i had to go in about a problem with spare pair of glasses i keep in the car the pin had come out which i had lost. the young lady was so helpful and helped me out and put a new pin in for me. great service with a smile . the lady was called Lucy. I will only frequent Boots in new milton where a professional and friendly team await.

A lady named Nikki helped me choose my new frames, she was extremely nice & helpful. She took great care in taking the correct measurements for my verivocals, & explained all the options available to me, ie. thinness of the lenses, reactalight option etc.

Had a very good experience with boots opticians in new Milton all staff were very friendly and helpful made me feel at ease totally recommend to anyone thanks again Alice rovry Ann and Beth you are all amazing

I had broken one of the nose pieces on my spectacles. I popped into Boots New Milton and was served by Lucy. She was welcoming, friendly and once I'd explained my problem she invited me to take a seat while she made the repair. She explained what she was going to do and within minutes my spectacles were fit to wear once again. Extremely efficient service.

Had never been to Boots Opticians before and am new to the area. Initial contact was with Ann with health questions and given the option for an eye scan. I was given all the information during my eye test and shown the scan of my eyes and what they showed by Catherine the optician. Next I was given the freedom to choose the frames I wanted and when I had Lucy went through what lenses etc that I wanted. She did measurements and explained clearly what the lenses entailed and made sure I was happy with my choice. Then Peter came to check what Lucy had written and the measurements to ensure everything was correct. I have worn glasses and been seen by various opticians over the year but never have I felt that I was so well informed as I was with the team at Boots. Never going anywhere else now. Thank to Team Boots.

I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, care and friendly service I received at Boots Opticians New Milton. The staff, Ali, Roney and Shelley put themselves out to accommodate my special requirements and were even complimented by my consultant for the advice they gave me. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Optometrist Aisua explained all the procedure to me, The team were very helpful as I suffer hearing loss, everything was explained to me. I first was attended by Lucy, Gintarap and Roney took plenty of time choosing frames and fitting, All so very friendly. C Calder

Great visit for eye test. First seen by Beth for prelims .extremely friendly and helpful explaining all checks. Next seen by optometrist-(Aisc) who explained and was very clear with instructions making the checks easy and clear.After the test discussed results keeping me informed. Next back to the front where was met by Ann who discussed various lens and frames with no pressure to purchase to purchase any particular frame Found the whole experience straight forward and pleasant R P EDWARDS
