Excellent service as always. Ali who carried out my eye test was very thorough, a very polite young man who will do well in the future.

My appointment which was booked online was cancelled. But I was not informed and so I turned up on the wrong day.

Optometrist was extremely professional, friendly, accommodating and patient with the three young children who came with me!

I wanted to express my gratitude for the great level of friendly and professional service provided today (14/08/17) by Angie Serrano (Optometrist) and her team, including Chelsea and Courtney. At the conclusion of my optical appointment, Angie provided help on my frame choice and design to best suit my face shape. This really helped the process, as when faced with numerous styles and designs, it can become a frustrating and daunting task. Thank you for your great customer service.

Very welcoming staff, first time daughter had her eyes tested and was nervous. Angie was very calm and explained thoroughly with sienna what was expected. The test went went very well and sienna has told many of her friends about her visit.

from the moment I entered the store I was made to feel welcome Julie met me and took me through to the pre screen she explained what she was doing and why. through to the optometrist Farah she made me feel at ease and again took the time to explain everything to me explained all about my eye health and gave me some great advice. then on to choose my glasses Chelsea really helped me to decide which glasses to get and chatted with me advising me which frames suited my face and eyes the best and she processed my my prescription for me explaining how long the glasses would take to arrive. I have to say all in all it was the best eye test I have ever had here in Boscombe
