Boots Opticians Christchurch

Had my eyes tested by Angie and her support team today. Cannot praise enough how professional and efficient they were along with being very friendly. All the questions I had with regards to my eyes were answered and responses explained in detail. No unnecessary advice that I needed corrective products or hard sales to buy anything that I have experienced with other competing optician firms.

I had a brilliant experience at the Christchurch opticians, I had angie test my eyes due to my new glasses feeling too strong after I was tested somewhere else. She was so lovely and made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. The staff member who helped me choose glasses and Put through my order was also lovely, her name was Jess and she was very professional and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were superb today (the 16th September). Didn't feel rushed or being over sold things that I didn't want. The Optician was very thorough and polite and put my mind at rest. They were a remarkable team today.

Kathy, Lisa + Karen are all fantastic. Couldn't rate this place high enough.

Attended on Monday 11. Older lady had a bad attitude. Her instructions were not clear in the beginning tests and I feel she could benefit from retraining.

Your colleague Lisa at the Christchurch shop is absolutely wonderful. Really helpful and easy to talk to with a sense of humour.

Every thing was fine no improvement needed

Welcomed immediately, seen straight away and felt it was a thorough test. The lady helping me choose glasses was friendly and helpful and has written the details down so I can come back and buy the glasses I like easily on pay day!

The staff at This shop are friendly and listen to your needs. No pushy sales just advice on what's best for you. They just want the best for their customers which is really good without making you believe you need the most Expensive of everything
