Both Ryan and Matt were very knowledgeable and patient. Nothing was to much trouble very very helpful.

Assisted quickly in an efficient and professional manner by assistant Nickie . Speedily through the tests. Onwards to optician Punit. Expained all and gave a the series of tests. In conclusion and after a full explanation I chose the style glasses and lens I wanted. I paid and will collect after one week. A highly successful aoppointment ,compliments to the staff.

My appointment was at Boots Mansfield Friday 08-12-2017 I was seen by Jen and Georgena their customer service was excellent and very professional.

Today I was seen by, Matt, Jen and Hinal. They were all very helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I had to take my two young children with me and they were all very good with them being there and interacted with them. Everything that was being done to me explained very well, I was told what each test was for. Helped with choosing glasses. I would definitely recommend them.

Everyone was so caring and understanding with my husband and myself. V May all helped us choose frames to suit our needs. Thank you for a wonderful service. Helen and John Anthony

Nothing could be improved all the staff were very professional contact lenses were not discussed as I used to wear them but they are not suitable now. I was also given help in discussing my new pair of glasses. Tim Alderton conducted the eye test

First time having contact lenses. Staff where very friendly and patient I think there manes where Matt and georgina from mansfield branch. Took extra time to help me get my contact lenses out.

Vickie Mayall was especially helpful and professional, not pushy. The Optician was kind and efficient..can't read his name on the prescription though.
