Maldon opticians staff are very helpful and welcoming

I had very good care there is nothing to be improved

The staff were very helpful and assisted me in my choice of glasses

They were running 15 minutes late which seems an age for a 14 year old to wait who has just come out of school. I was told they were running a few minutes late but not this much. Would be good to be honest so can have expectation. Otherwise everything else was good.

Care is good,but booking via the Internet resulted in no booking, another date was given. Perhaps I pressed the wong button.

In the past I have been given clear guidance as to whether I should have new lenses/glasses. On this visit I felt that the optometrist was more geared towards sales than clear options. The branches reputation was saved by the other staff who solved my issues by simply adjusting the fit of my existing glasses!

All the staff were extremely helpful and efficient and I will certainly use them again. I can't think of anything I would improve apart from a little more space as it it fairly small.
