Boots Opticians Ellesmere Port

I had an appointment today at the Ellesmere port branch. Feeling nervous and a little anxious I arrived for my appointment only to be welcomed by a beaming smile and a very warm welcome from kama who quite quickly made me feel comfortable and at ease. We chatted about what kind of frames I would like and had a little fun trying different styles. Hygiene was impeccable anything I touched or tried was put into a box to be sanatised. I was then assessed by kama, what a lovely person and then tested by Mike. Everything was explained to me and turned out to be a very interesting experience, seeing pictures of my eyes and feeling that Mike really cared about my eyesight. There was another lady there to, possibly a manager who's name I can't quite remember who also helped with advice on frames. I have to say the service was amazing and i felt very at ease and was made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

My care was second to none and I had an extremely thorough examination after a recent face and eye injury . All of the staff were friendly and attentive and I would like to make a special mention re Cath who was very kind,professional and even offered me a cup of tea whilst I was waiting for eye drops to take effect . I would never now consider having an eye test anywhere else and will recommend Boots Ellesmere Port to all of my friends . I cannot think of anything that could improve the service or care at Boots Ellesmere Port other than a coffee machine in the waiting area !!

Fantastic service at boots Ellesmere Port. Mike the optometrist was patient and very informative and made you feel relaxed. His knowledge was excellent and the staff were excellent too. Highly recommended.

Fabulous service - very helpful

Michael Edge at the Ellesmere Port branch gave me the most complete and clearly explained consultation ever. Although Boots prices are high relative to the competition, with employees like Michael I am prepared (as a pensioner) to pay the extra cost.

Every member of the team are absolutely brilliant approachable & very knowledgable . Nothing is ever to much trouble. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I was disgusted!! I made a follow-up appointment for my son, with a specific optician (who had previously diagnosed a major problem with my son's eye). I asked for the same optician so he could be the one to do my son's post-surgery eye test. And yet, when we arrived, my son had to see someone else - whilst 4 other people waiting, ALL got to see the optician my son was supposed to see!! Receptionist said the optician had a pre-booked clinic which is why the others were seen - but not MY son! And that's the farce of a service I had to pay for too!!

I don't think anything needs to be improved as I could not fault my visit in any way.
