I was offered a cancellation appointment for my mum to have a hearing test. Deepa Josef was amazing - gave my mum plenty of time following her initial assessment and was very thorough with explaining the outcome and options / next steps. Would highly recommend Deepa and the service that she provides. A huge asset to the Boots team.

Conflicting information about what I actually needed according to my prescription seemingly aimed at selling me more. Don’t like the hard sell approach with salesman meeting me before I left my eye test so I could not walk out of the store. Did not discuss all options only suggested most expensive.

Appointment was on time. Clear communication from Vince and helpful recommendations, overall a first class service.

My optometrist is superb! The store members are helpful. I am happy with he service at present! The only thing Boots could do is improve the price of contact lenses.....
