Boots Opticians Brentwood - High Street

Amazing care and service by all members of staff at Boots this morning during my sight test and dispensing of new glasses. All criteria of Covid rules in place and followed

My appointment was long but thorough. My only issue is that I think the equipment should be wiped clean between each patient with an anti bacterial wipe as since my visit my skin has broken out in spots where I have leant forward on them, especially on my chin and forehead!! Please can you ensure this is done each time between patients. Thank you

Friendly staff , great service , and lovely opticians. I had contact lens check and eye test , staff were all very efficient and helpful.

I was very impressed by the prompt service I received, your staff were very courteous and helpful. I was seen on time and the whole process was carried out efficiently.

First class service, always has been all the years I've been with boots, I wear contact lens and my eyes are tested for these and also the health of my eyes every year, this is the most important test of all, luckily the health of my eyes tested fine again this year, I Don't like glasses so you have got my lenses just right, as I can see the distance and reading the very small print without any trouble, Thank you.
