The staff were friendly and efficient throughout the examination and made me feel at ease. The optometrist discussed my eye health in depth with me and I left feeling that I understood everything.

I have had the same optician for many years & she is fantastic. She fits me if I need to see her quickly, explains everything to me & I feel I can always see her at short notice if I am having any problems. She is very knowledgeable.

The optometrist was very kind to my little boy and was able to test my eyes while keeping him entertained!!! Brilliant service!!!!

I have been using this branch for several years and have received the best care I could want, primarily from Lara and Carol. However the vast majority of the staff are always extremely helpful and go the extra mile to help whenever they can.

Everyone in the option were very friendly and helpful, they make you feel at ease.

Excellent customer services

I was extremely happy with the way the tests were conducted, and pleased that the pictures of the back of my eyes were taken again to improve their clarity, so that they could be analysed correctly.
