I felt that the optometrist gave me a really good test and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, on time and met my needs

Thorough testing of eye health, glasses and contact lenses. Helpful about coordinating appointments for glasses and contact lenses, and arranging times so that my husband and myself could have tests done consecutively.

Karleigh had a great manner, made me feel at ease and kept me informed of everything she was doing along the way. She regularly used my name, which made me feel important and not just another customer. On top of this, she dealt with a particularly difficult situation with an agitated triage customer with patience and not faltering from her friendly and professional approach. All credit to her.

A customer lavatory would be good. Otherwise excellent customer care.
