Extremely rude staff!!!

I purchased glasses from them which were badly fitted, They would not refund the money and they have now fallen apart due to overglazing. I would never go there again and have told all my friends to stay clear.

I found the branch very friendly and the optimist was very good with my young son. I would certainly return to the Ascot branch and recommend it to others.
