Always impressed with the level of service and advice provided and then not being pressured into buying new products, unlike a nearby competitor I could have gone to. Eye test and checkup November 2019.

Unbelievably bad service replacing a lost contact lens. I saw Mr Patel in Redhill on 5 April and he ordered a replacement lens. This had previously taken 3/4 days with a Boots branch in London. 23 days after seeing Mr Patel in Redhill i still have no replacement lens. I visited Boots Opticians in Redhill today - I had many apologies from the receptionist and was told that she would personally call to find out what happening. She promised to let me know today. Nothing heard!! Dreadful service but I would still like my replacement contact lens.

The eye tests were done with great care and attention but afterwards I was not offered a prescription at all but was rushed over to select frames by another person. The cost of two pairs of glasses with my choice of frames and lenses was a staggering £550 and all this with a free eye test (I'm a pensioner) so I would advise that people avoid this rip-off place.

My consultation was at the agreed time: I did not have to wait. I was given clear information about my eye health. I was given clear choices about the type of glasses I required. Staff were courteous and helpful. At no time did I feel staff were pressuring me to make a purchase - there was no 'hard sell'.

The Optometrist didn't communicate his findings properly & wasn't very friendly or welcoming. The appointments were rushed & we were given the distinct impression that we were a nuisance!

My son Bobbby who is 8 was made very comfortable and asked clearly what to do and the whole experience was great as he was slightly nervous beforehand.
