Boots Opticians Horley

I went for my 2 year eye test today and was very impressed with the service. They have a great diagnostic imaging machine which shows different sections of the eyes and also will show if patients have diabetes, glaucoma etc, for £25 it's well worth the money. The Optometrist spent time explaining very clearly the results of the images which instilled confidence. Definitely will carry on having my check ups at Horley branch and recommend to others.

Last week a most objectionable youth was covering for the lovely Harry , even the staff disliked him ! Also when this shop in Horley first opened it was smart and clean now one look at the disgusting state of the chairs with the ingrained dirt particularly on the arms couldn’t wait to get back to the car and use some anti bacterial gel . Come on Boots let’s have a good deep clean . Ps Don’t like the way you are automatically shown the designer frames , too expensive. Boots own titanium are equally as good . Don’t fall for this trick.

Great service, was my daughters first appointment and she was looked after and perfectly at ease

My 17 year old son was kept waiting 30 min for this appointment, I think that is excessive with no explanation apart from that there was a hold up. I rang the opticians to ask whywas the long wait and was told that old people take longer so it delays everything, I asked if that was not factored into an appointment if that is usual and was told well yes, no offer of apology for the delay, this is not the first tine at this branch. I find it quite rude, and as there will very soon be three opticians in town to choose from you will not keep customers long

As always, a very professional and friendly team. I was seen on time and the process was very efficient. Having had annual eye checks for the last 20 years, Boots Opticians in Horley are right at the top. Great service.

Although I was kept waiting it was not an issue for me as I am semi-retired. The last that I saw was extremely thorough and I was pleased with her recommendation.

Plenty of time was given to me and I was made to feel relaxed and welcome.

I was very pleased with the care and sensitivity shown by Ms S.Patel during the test. My son is an anxious child by nature and she put him at ease and made it a positive experience. I hope that when we return in a year's time my son will be ok with it.
