The staff in the shop were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The optician was efficient and professional, but in my personal opinion it would be more relaxing for the customer if he smiled or had an approachable manner. I found him rather aloof and didn't like to ask questions.

I where very happy with the service boots optician offered me, their friendly and professional attitude really did shine through.
