Boots Opticians Chester - Broughton Park

The Boots optician team helped me today at short notice which was very much appreciated and deserves a mention for quality staff and service.

Meg explained what she was doing throughout both mine and my son's appointments. The team at Broughton are extremely friendly.

Excellent staff

My 9.30 am appointment was cancelled the previous evening and it was difficult to re-arrange at a convenient time. In the end I had to make an appointment which involved a 50 mile round trip on a Sat evening. To make things worse my appointment was 16.50 and I didn't get called until 17.10.

Friendly, helpful and professional

Boots have looked after me for 20 years, wouldn't go anywhere else :o)
