Great care, staff took their time and really explained things well

Mr Sachin, who was managing the store was extremely kind quick and friendly in altering the frames of two pairs of spectacles which I had obtained at another Boots branch which is difficult for me to reach as a disabled person. I left .with spectacles that stayed on and was given the feeling that I was a valued customer

Excellent service from beginning to end. Easy to make an appointment. Friendly reception staff. Thorough examination which included discussion of relevant history and obtaining a summary of previous examination (carried out a few years ago) from another branch. Friendly and helpful service continued on a subsequent appointment to select spectacles and carry out relevant measurements. Service included a no cost repair of spectacles provided by another provider where the frame had separated from the lenses (which that provider told me were beyond repair!). Overall an excellent service from this particular branch. Highly recommended.

Thorough examination. Clear explanation of findings and recommendation.

Called and booked for myself and both my children to have check up. Examinations were all very thorough and they managed to get all our appointments together which was very helpful! Have been to this opticians several times now and think they are great. Have tried several others in the past who have been very expensive or useless!
