A lovely friendly opticians.. feels like a local store rather than a chain.. nice and friendly and really helpful staff

The service was effortless and fantastic. Everyone explained the eye tests fully and what the results meant. The sales people were very knowledge and have great advice on the contact lenses scheme which I decided to sign up to due to the perks offered plus can collect Boots advantage points.

The staff were very kind and well organised.

I Know the lady who served me, she has done for many years there but I cant remember her name now. The service in Catford is and always has been excellent.

Nothing needs to be improved. Your service is excellent.

Compared to other eye tests I've had with boots opticians over several years, this felt very quick and as if I wasn't fully 'tested'. The equipment used was also basic compared to previous experiences.

Great experience, would ne nice to have more choice of glasses. thanks-that's all I want to say.
