The information and detail provided by the staff was great, the examination was very high quality and provided me with excellent knowledge. It is a busy wee shop but the staff worked hard to provide super customer service.

Re choosing frames, I was told that the service of taking photos of me wearing different frames was unavailable. My eyesight is too bad without glasses to see what frames look like and I was told that if I had a smartphone I could take photos with it. I don't have a smartphone and I was only able to choose frames because my daughter was working nearby that day, with an ipad, and she ended up leaving work for an hour to come and help. Otherwise I don't know what I would have done. ( I don't have a smartphone because I live in a rural area without a phone signal).

The member of staff before the eye test took a really long time in threats priori the eye test and was a little unclear to what she was doing. The main eye test wa really professional.

Premises are too small for everything the staff are trying to do

The staff were so welcoming and helped me choose a lovely pair of glasses. I will definitely be back!
