Sharan was brilliant as were both staff members on duty. Appointment was thorough and did not feel rushed despite me overhearing they were slightly behind at the start.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The 'try on' glasses for purchase of spectacles had very limited choice/style for my taste. Also, I couldn't properly see the frames I was trying on in the mirror, as my eyes could not focus! Due to my eyesight? or the fact that the lens were not clear plastic?

Very thorough and really friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Appointment 30 minutes late. Was told and apologies given however wasn't told how long I would have to wait. Needed to use the toilet and was late for another appointment that day.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rather overworked though as it is a very very busy store. Should really be open 6 days a week rather than the current 3.
