I reviewed a very thorough eye test and impartial advise or eye surgery I was considering. Clifford Lewis at Walsall Boots was probably the easiest / clearest Optometrist I have ever spoken to about my eyes, using internet images to explain things. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with him!

Very thorough, brilliant care.

Every element of the procedure was clearly explained. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere unlike some other opticians waiting areas. I initially tried to book my appointment online which I discovered hadn't been made only when I rang up to check time of appointment. Fortunately there was a spare appointment for the same day which I was able to attend.

The optician as well as assistants were very helpful and friendly.

Very good level of care and time spent discussing my issues and I felt I was listened to. Everything explained well. I was very pleased with the way things were put to me, good interaction between the optician and myself. Options were given to me so I felt I had a good choice. I left feeling happy even though I do have problems, so that was a bonus.
