This experience for me was far superior than the service I had in the Morpeth branch of boots opticians. The staff in Berwick are more focussed on you as a customer rather than themselves!! They also do what it says on the tin, optical care and service. It's a pity that boots senior decisions makers have left the smaller but more efficient opticians store in berwick with the dated and tired shop. The staff deserve the more swish looking shop than the staff in Morpeth. I am bewidered that as a long serving boots customer you seem to discrimating the people of berwick for a truly equitable environmental experience in terms of opticians look! Could the senior team provide an explaination please. Apart from that 5 start service for berwick. Both my husband and I have been customers of the opticians in Berwick and both of us feel that the service is far better than the Morpeth branch. We moved to berwick 10 months ago. Boots berwick staff are excellent and Lincoln is a thorough and conscientious practitioner.

Optometrist discussed everything in detail to do with my changing contact lense prescription and new glasses. He answered all my questions. All staff were very polite and attentive throughout my appointment. Thankyou

Genuinely helpful friendly service from start to finish. I felt all the staff we sharing their opinions in the best possible by being honest in whether I was making right or wrong choices of frames Not just telling me anything like in other leading brand stores. Staff explain all your options but never push anything on you xXx

Initial appointment was moved forward, since there was a cancellation, which was useful for me. Optician was very efficient and completed all the tests quickly and effectively, also displayed a courteous and friendly demeanor and positive and inquisitive attitude - I was very confident in his selection of lenses. The contract process was clearly explained and the required documentation was completed promptly. Overall a good experience, no problems.

As a seasoned contact lens user it was frustrating to have to arrange an appointment just to see if Dailies were comfortable; I've had them before, albeit not recently, and it was awkward to fit in the appointment when a request for the lenses should have been sufficient. This is not the fault of the local branch, who are always helpful, but rather the system, particularly as the reason I was there was because my current lenses keep tearing despite me being careful.
