I have an appointment to collect glasses which I need to change. I have been trying for 2 days to contact someone about this to no avail!

Super friendly staff - lots of jokes which my son enjoyed - made us feel relaxed

This was a contact lens care appointment, Jackie was very thorough and suggested trialling daily disposables and made me an appointment to return next week to trial them.

This time I had to get a contract lense checkup and an eye test. The staff where very friendly and helped my set up both appointments on the same day and next to each other. They were very helpful and kind, would recommend

The only disappointing part of this visit was the lack of staff, kept waiting,30mins before I was seen then another fifteen minutes to have my eyes checked on the machines. I was there for an hour and a half. Oh and no apologies!
