Kiren was fantastic, she definitely knows her stuff from which frames suited my face to which level of varifocals I needed. Nothing was too much and the level of care she gave was second to none...

Where do I start?. I had an issue with a new pair of varifocal glasses and from the triage, Sarah, I could see that they cared about my concerns. Everybody in the branch has been really helpful, professional and caring over my inability to get on with the prescription and glasses. A new eye test was organised for free and the prescription was adjusted, the glasses remanufactured and returned to me “gratis”. Even when the new pair failed QA, due to a supplier issue, all of the staff keep right on top of it and kept me informed, a huge thank you to Jean, Both Sarah’s, Emma, Megan and not forgetting Faith, who put up with the most difficult customer the Banbury store has ever encountered. Might just pop in for the hell of it, love you guys, a big thanks again. 5 star does NOT cover it.

Great opticians .friendly and do t try and over sell .They will be my permanent optician from now.

I turned up to my appointment 7minutes late as I had gone to the wrong Boots in Banbury. The text with the booking information said Banbury Boots. It did not tell me that the opticians was in the shopping centre and not the retail park. I was then told they couldn’t see me because they had two more people to see that day. There were three members of staff discussing whether they could see me and no queue of people waiting. I won’t be going back to Boots opticians. I recommend that you specify in your text which Boots the opticians is in. It was a honest mistake and you should have some slack in the system when somebody turns up slightly late.
