Everybody was friendly We had not to wait The recommendations were clear

Very good customer service however the cost of glasses came to £330 for the £165 priced ones. Difficult to book appointment on line easy in store! Going back to question why 100% over price

The staff were extremely helpful and although I didn't purchase any glasses this time as my percription hadn't change they made time to talk and adjust my current glssses. Very friendly and helpful

The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. I would have liked a little more honesty about my prescription and given options about frames. I felt the prices were quite high for what I needed and so went elsewhere to buy my glasses.
