Told doctors my symptoms and was fobbed off again and had to go to Rotherham hospital. Doncaster did the same to me they did 2 years ago. Turned me away when I needed help. I had heart issues two years ago and Doncaster staff nearly killed me by brushing off as panic attacks. I had a blood clot myocarditis and left ventricle impairment. I gave Doncaster another chance after there failure last time and they failed again. In Rotherham I was found to have a severely high white blood count and given antibiotics! I have ulcerative colitis and again no help or support from staff! Just brushed away cos of mental health and your doctors are not trained to deal politely or respectfully with this as I suffer health anxiety too!
I was told by my doctor she had booked me in at the urgent care unit as I needed seeing immediately to rule out what she thought I had, I went through the urgent care unit was empty and they had no knowledge of me being sent through she said I was the fourth person who had been sent by a doctors surgery and it hadn’t been booked in I was told I needed to book in at A and E I went through to book in to find the waiting time was EIGHT HOURS this was 7.45 in the evening that means I would have been there all night alone so I decided to go home.
It took hours for me to be seen and I had a temperature of 39.3 and pneumonia and flu, then there were no beds so I had to sit in a chair. It wasn’t staffs fault but I felt so I’ll and needed to sleep and lay down. They also woke me up after I’d been in a bed for 1 hour and said I could go home even though they had just said they were admitting me and my temperature was still high and I was in pain, they said I could manage it at home but I feel that they only said this as they needed the bed and not because I was well enough to go home. I couldn’t walk well, was coughing up bloody mucus and temperature still high.

You are supposed to be a 'walk in centre' 'same day'what the doctors refer us to, for us to be turned away twice! for my parter and a child under 2.
For you to tell us to call back our doctors who have NO appointments!
Your staff need to learn some people skills.
The staff at the hospital said it was wrong of you to pass on my partner to 111.
Disgraceful service.
So had to use more petrol and wait longer as yous didn't deal with it properly both in the first place.

I'm diabetic 2
I dont have any of those conditions ...
Waited 22 hours for a call back when I was told it would be 2 hours.
Finally got to urgent treatment, my dad came with me and explained that I had 3 long term health conditions. The doctor asked us ‘what is M.E?’. This is not a rare condition - millions of people across the world have it. I was shocked. How can I be treated by a dr who doesn’t even know what my condition is, never mind how it might affect the current problem that I have?
He dismissed us with ‘just wait’ despite the pain and worry we had. I spoke to my GP the next day and they did more tests and confirmed I had glandular fever - this was never mentioned as a possibility at urgent care. If I hadn’t gone back to my GP on my own back then I would be in a mess right now.
Terrible service with a dr I have seen before at the same place and had rude treatment from as well.
Makes me never want to go back.
