The support I had from Jackie for my PTSD was absolutely amazing. Lots and lots of things built uo that she managed to help me clear after over 20 years of struggling with it. The EMDR treatment I had was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. I felt safe, and never alone while having my therapy. She was understanding, caring and very patient.
From receptionists, to secretaries, to doctors, everyone is so lovely and helpful, and friendly which is important.
The cardiac rehab team were amazing and I can't praise them highly enough.
Zoe was kind and helpful.
osteoarthritis.... mild copd
Karen was so friendly and chatty and always put me at ease, she recommended several things to try and help and always asked how my children were which is amazing to me. Sometimes these things can be daunting but she was so kind
My therapist Reanna Smith was incredible.
Her explanations regarding the therapy and processes being used were clear and concise. Reanna made it clear that you can only get out of the therapy with what you put in to it, with that in mind I embraced what Reanna guided me through and challenged me to to do.
Reanna is a calming individual who will question deeply with difficult questions, but where necessary and in a manner that is not distressing.
Reanna was always calling on time for the appointment, which was important to me. She also remembered small details, which was as equally important!
My entire perspective has now shifted and I approach most things in a different manner prior to the therapy.
Thank you for all of your help!
I have an age related deterioration of my lower back which causes me a lot of pain, it's not a condition. You have helped me manage my pain mainly with exercises.
I have difficulty talking on the phone but was repeatedly called by administrators. These were often from witheld numbers so I could not find out who was calling by web searching. They would not always leave a message. And then they would book me in on short notice for appointments at inconvenient times, so I did not feel like I was involved. I did not feel like I was given any practical advice on how to get better. It was a lot of things I have learned over the years through trial and error or reading online. I don't understand why I was not seen by someone who is clinically trained to diagnose me with a treatment that works.
